Artist Profile
Hello! I'm Sky, a recent graduate from Ringling College of Art and Design, and I majored in Illustration with emphasis in Visual Development as world building has always been my passion!
​
As a creature and prop designer, I derive the majority of my inspiration from nature, particularly for my creature design. I find the way animals adapt and learn to survive in their habitats fascinating, from the physical traits they possess to the variety of behavioral changes which can be transcribed visually to inspire exaggerated expressions, visual patterns, and traits.

Ringling College of Art and Design
August 2019 - May 2023
By majoring in Illustration at Ringling, I was able to explore a variety of mediums, art styles, and programs such as Photoshop and Blender. Furthermore, by specializing in visual development, these skills were applied by designing a wide range of scenes, themes, characters, creatures, and props with emphasis on visual story telling and detail.
College Prep Academy
November 2023 - Present
Assisted in co-teaching environments; taught lesson plans as outlined by teachers and administration as a daily substitute. As well as provided long term instruction for grades K through 6th for STEM during absence of the teacher.
McDonald's Crew Member

As a part of customer service, I have acquired interpersonal skills which allow me to communicate effectively and efficiently with a variety of individuals and teams. Moreover, as part of a McDonald’s team in a fast paced environment, adaptability, and critical thinking is vital and often needed for situations which may require quick problem solving.
Suncoast Humane Society
May 2017 - September 2018
While volunteering during the summer at the Suncoast Humane Society, I helped provide tours to the customers, answered some questions, and assisted in finding the perfect pet. Additionally, I tended to the needs of the cats such as cleaning out litter boxes, playing with the cats, making sure they all were healthy and receiving the enrichment they needed.
